The Notice of Intent to rely on FERC’s FEIS (2014) was available for public review and comment June 26 – July 26, 2025.  NID is currently preparing a Draft CEQA Supplemental Analysis (Initial Study) for the Yuba-Bear Hydroelectric Project that will be available for public review in the Spring of 2025.
