The Valley View Access Road Project entails the District perfecting an easement across a private property for access to its Valley View Reservoir. The easement will shift the existing historical access path to the edges of the property.
The project Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) is available for public review and comment between October 15 and November 16, 2020. Project construction start is planned for 2021.
