Image shows Rollins Powerhouse, built 1979-80, generating 12.15 MW via river flows, with PPA with PG&E until June 2033.

Rollins Powerhouse is an above-ground, outdoor powerhouse constructed of reinforced concrete and located at the toe of Rollins Dam. The powerhouse consists of one vertical axis Francis turbine with a nameplate rated capacity of 12.15 MW at a head of 208 feet and a maximum flow of 840 cubic feet per second (cfs).

The penstock is about a 484 foot-long, 8.5 foot-diameter, steel sluice encased in concrete that diverts water, at a maximum design capacity of approximately 866 cfs, from Rollins Dam to Rollins Powerhouse.
