Subject: Comment for the Plan for Water Hydrology TM Historic Data

Dear Jennifer Hanson and All,

Please find my comments (attached) for the Water Demand and Supply model inputs for the next stages of the Plan for Water from "Historic Data".  Also attached is the Nov 12, 2020 Staff Report for the 3 Hydrology TMs that were the basis for the last UWMP and RWMP.  The problems with these analyses were documented at that time, and promises were made to correct the inaccuracies and relate the issues to the Plan for Water.  Many questions were referred to the "Plan for Water at a future date".  The time has come.

Also attached is the Staff Report containing the 3 technical memos.  Starting on page 211 of the third memo are the many questions generated by these TMs.  The answers to these questions fall short of what is needed for an in-depth and accurate analysis.  I have commented on several of the answers and request that the Plan for Water address these issues.  Finally, I comment specifically on the notorious Table 3.1 of the Water Supply Analysis Technical Memorandum.  Thank you for your time and attention to this comment, and the good work being done for this analysis.  Dianna Suarez
